Yi Cheng Hero Xin Jiang Timber Fountain Pen
Life works in a mysterious way. Months and weeks passes with me travelling in Mainland China when I was greeted by a timber merchant in Xin Jiang. He is a muslim trader asking me for help in pushing his timber business to Singapore where I reside. I know nothing about timber but knowing the opportunity of friendship I asked him for a sample of his timber for evaluation. The result is the barrel of this pen. The Cap design draws its inspiration from the Muslim worshipping temple of Xin Jiang where its dome design never fails to amaze me. I immediately set to draw the initial design on its cap, modifying three times to this current design. This pen pay tribute to Xin Jiang, the muslim state of China. It took us one year to design and test it before we release it this month. This pen details is in photo and comes complete with a leather pen pouch and a certificate of warranty upon request.
