The "Water Cube"

Beijing National Aquatics Center (traditional Chinese: 北京國家游泳中心; simplified Chinese: 北京国家游泳中心), also known as the Water Cube (水立方)], is an aquatics center that was built alongside Beijing National Stadium in the Olympic Green for the 2008 Summer Olympics. Ground was broken on December 24, 2003.

From the East Entry: approximately 1,000 meters

From Subway Line 8 "Olympic Green" station: approximately 300 meters
