This note is factory mint and hard to get even in singapore, a collector¡¯s item.  I added the word SPECIMEN in my picture as MAS do not allow me to scan the notes without it. But the note you will be getting is legal tender and do not have the word SPECIMEN on it. The serial number you are getting is different but is guaranteed mint.
